Delete your account

In the app

• Open Remade and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account and follow the steps.
• Type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

You have seven days to change your mind. To cancel, sign in and tap Keep my account on the Today screen. After seven days, your data is permanently deleted, and copies in our backups within a further 60 days.

Without the app

Email support@withremade.com from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted

Your record of days, your relapses and what you wrote about them, your reasons, your blocking lists, your partner connection and every message in it, and your settings.

Your name, email address and sign-in record.

If your partner reported you, we keep that report to protect them.

Crash reports and usage data aren't linked to your account, so they aren't deleted with it. Sentry deletes crash reports after 90 days. Usage data is linked only to a random code on your phone, which is replaced when you're signed out, so nothing links it to you afterwards.
